IV – COM_WORK working method allows to achieve short, medium and long term results


Especially short term results will be:

– thanks to meetings in universities involved, project will grow knowledge of young people involved in HE o VET programmes about most important tools regarding competence recognition;

– through COM-WORKshop and multiplier events, project will promote dialogue between training systems and policy makers to improve young employability;

– due to output notice diffusion realized through COM_WORK Press Releases and Advisor Trailers, project will increase interest about employability of social workers thanks to their competences caring and growing;

– realizing dissemination events during the project, it will increase interest about social work, competences and sector professional dimension; also about how young people can start working in this sector;

– transnational project and stakeholder meetings will get to exchange among social workers and trainers their own good practices

Medium term results will be:

– thanks to dissemination events and analysis competence model, project will develop a debate and comparison among social workers, companies, training agencies and public authorities in each country, concerning validation of informal competences helping/caring jobs and recognition in professional outlines;

– stabilize cooperation network among partners, getting better knowledge about each other characteristics;

– facilitate recognition and acknowledge of informal competences and learning in their individual and group dimension, by social companies and single workers through dissemination activities and analysis competence model building;

– create a participated model capable to recognize   and validate social workers informal and not formal competences through expert contribution of each partner and opening of web 2.0 channel thanks to project site, with which activate professional communities participation at EU level;

– improve dialogue between public authorities/policy makers and social companies.

Long term results, i.e. after project conclusion, will be:

– application of competence analysis model in social work field by social companies and sector training agencies;

– COM_WORK learning unit introduction in regional and universitary professional profiles of each country;

– sharing construction implementation model among policy makers and companies

– increase diffusion and use of European tools to recognize competences and people mobility
